Keeping track of my manifestations (evidence of the Law of Attraction at work!)

♥ Manifested London info
22/4/2014: Did a Rampage of Appreciation for London and attracted into my experience a website that showcased some beautiful new London-walks for me to explore. (Diary entry link)

♥ Manifested positive experiences with people
24/4/2014: Did a Rampage of Appreciation for People and attracted 2 positive and very unusual experiences with people that day: One with my dad coming to find me rather than the other way round, and then being unusually funny and cute-silly; and the second was with an email from a distant aunt who has never written to me before. (Diary entry link)

♥ Manifested a good shopping deal
26/4/2014: My Future-pacing statement which I read back each day has a segment about attracting beautiful things and also attracting wonderful deals / bargains lead to discovering a beautiful watch that was given to me at a great price. (Diary entry link)

♥ Manifested a dream that I remembered
2/5/2014: Usually I don’t remember my dreams. Before going to sleep I listened to an Abraham recording about dreams and followed their instructions: I wrote on a post-it the following: “I believe I will dream tonight. If there is anything significant, I intend to remember it when I awaken.” And this is exactly what happened! (Diary entry link)

♥ Manifested visiting dream places
5/2014: About 12 months ago, I started a pin-board on pinterest for places I would like to visit. Whenever someone shared a beautiful place that looked amazing, I would pin it, without even really looking at where in the world it was in great depth, but just looking at the photo of the place, admiring it, appreciating it and thinking: “Wow! What a place!” Fast-forward a couple of months when I had the opportunity to stop-over some place in Europe as a mid-place between flying to a wedding elsewhere. The options of where to stop were kind of limited, and to be honest I couldn’t be bothered to do the research of what there was to do in each place, so just out of “where haven’t I been yet?” I picked Zurich as a good place. Fast forward another couple months to when I decided to start planning out the things I could do on this several-day-stop-over and what there is to do in the area. Low and behold, a good bunch of the places I had pinned on my pin-board as beautiful places are all around Zurich! (like 1-2 hours drive away! Colmar, Lichtenstein Castle and Hohenzollern Castle). So this summer I’ll get to see these beautiful places I appreciated! It seems I attracted a chance to see them by just casually and easily appreciating them! How cool!

♥ Manifestated evidence of the law of attraction working in unexpected places
5/2014: I really love watching youtube, particularly daily life vlogs. This month, I started watching Shaytard videos including Shay Carl Butler’s daily vlogs and his podcast, “When the Kids go to Sleep”. I was really surprised that the more I listened, (and despite us having extremely different personalities and lives), the more I saw that we have stuff in common in our spiritual beliefs! A couple videos in, I discovered Shay has recently discovered Eckhart Tolle and was resonated with his teachings and peaceful energy. A couple more videos in (viewing older videos), I discovered Shay really liked the documentary of “The Secret” which teaches the Law of Attraction. Shay’s family are big believers in the power of positive thinking, the power of faith and the power of creating your own reality. They believe in the “little voice” (Source’s inner guidance). It’s so cool that I stumbled upon this family with beliefs like these; a family that also shows a clear example of the law of attraction at work (they are a happy family, a healthy family, with a following-his-fun-and-dreams dad and mom, and have manifested a lot of success including recently manifesting the sale of their video company for 500 million dollars!). It’s cool I stumbled upon them at a time when I’m being more deliberate about the law of attraction in my life too and have been eager to find more examples of the law of attraction in action! Awesome!

♥ Manifested “like attracting like” situation
10/7/2014: I was working on some Alice in Wonderland artwork for my job, and spent a good few hours finding relevant quotes from the book, appreciating the quotes’ cleverness and the skill of the artwork, and generally being engrossed in “Alice in Wonderland” world. The very same evening, I was on last.fm looking at “Recommended concerts for you”, and one concert in particular came up that caught my attention; a concert by Danny Elfman whose music I like. I click on it and what do I see in prominent letters? It features music from the movie… Alice in Wonderland! Focus on something and you get more of it! It works!

♥ Focus on Dance brings more Dancing into my experience:
22/10/2016: I was listening to an Abraham video where a woman was encouraged by Abraham to describe something that gets her into the vortex. So she started talking about dancing. Whilst listening to this recording, I was doing other things simultaneousy and opened up facebook. What do I see on my timeline as the top item whilst I listen to this woman talk about dancing? A sweet video of Mimi and Alex Ikonn dancing with their cute new baby Alexa! Synchronicity at it’s best!

♥ Manifesting Appreciation
8/11/2016: This is a story of completely unaware, non-deliberate creating – but it is an example of a LOA manifestation nonetheless, so thought I’d share it!
I’ll start this story a couple of months ago: I had been following a desire to do some “random acts of kindness”, and initially I thought:
“How nice it’ll be to just do nice things for people and feel good knowing I’m spreading joy in the world”
Being brought up in a home where saying “thank you” was very much well-trained in us, every time I helped someone and didn’t receive a “thank you”, I noticed it. The more I noticed that people weren’t saying “thank you” or showing signs of appreciation, the more it seemed to be happening.. but I wasn’t aware I was focusing on this “lack of appreciation”. Now in hindsight I realise that my focus on the unwanted kept attracting more of it into my experience – for months!
Then, I joined an “advice” forum where I could both ask questions and offer my help in response to other people’s questions. The momentum of my “I don’t get appreciation” thing was still active. I posted a few posts with the intention of helping others and, yet again didn’t really feel or notice much appreciation for my first few offers of help, but I was enjoying helping and feeling the vortexy flow that I get from being intellectually stimulated as I thought up new ways of looking at situations people were asking about in ways I hadn’t considered before – I felt my mood in general was elevated from doing this helpful work. Then, after a week or so of writing replies to people’s questions, something different happened! One kind forum friend left a sweet message of appreciation in response to something I wrote! I felt so happy, basking in her appreciation – I read it a couple of times and wrote a little note back. For the next hour or two, that “thank you message” floated into my head every so often, and every time I smiled to myself and felt the joy of being appreciated. When I returned to the forum a an hour later, I found that in that space of 1 hour where I was thinking of being appreciated, I’d received 3 new messages of appreciation from 3 new people! I felt my joy thrice over!
Goes to show, the power of focus! This was a very good reminder to me to be more deliberate in my focus!

♥ Manifesting a Call from a Guy
3/12/17 Context: I had been going through a time in my life when I didn’t have a lot of people who call me, so my phone was almost always off. Last time I’d had my phone on was 3 weeks ago when I was attempting to get to know a guy from a dating website better, but at the time he seemed kinda too busy to have time for me, which wasn’t a feel-good situation, so we parted ways.
Fastforward 3 weeks to the present day. On this specific day, I had been chatting to someone new on the same dating website and we’d arranged to chat on the phone. So for the first time in like 3 weeks, I left my phone on. This new guy I was expecting to call was 27, living the Indian Ashram life, and fairly spiritual. All day I was expecting a text from him to let me know when would be a good time to chat. I had a sense of knowing that this call would happen today. The day passed, till it got to close to midnight and it seemed that there’d be no chat today afterall. Honestly, I didn’t feel too bad about it – my desire about it was fairly light. Around 12:00am I hear a “ping” letting me know I’d received a text. “Ah at last! He’s texted afterall!” I thought. I look at the text. “Oh!”. Turns out it was from 3-weeks-ago guy who I’d completely forgotten about at this point and let go of! He had a strange impulse to talk to me and was wondering if I was free to chat. The kicker? 3-weeks-ago guy was also 27, also had Indian-cultural-ties and was fairly spiritual. So I ended up manifesting a call from someone fitting the exact “keeping it general” description of what I was expecting! Only it manifested in a way that was full of unexpected surprise and delight! How amazing is that!

♥ Manifesting People with Certain Names
16/12/17: For work, I’ve been working on a project that involves researching names, their meanings and their pronunciation.
- Manifesting Jesus: The day I was researching the name “Jesus”, and what the proper pronunciation of it was, the very next day when I was browsing a dating website, the one profile I felt attracted to read, I read it, and in the “I spend a lot of time thinking about…” subheading of the profile, the person wrote: “Why my name (Jesus) seems to be so cool here in England!” Of all the profiles, I find a Jesus, exactly the day after I was focusing on this name! I’ve literally never seen a Jesus on that dating website despite being on there for years! LOA is amazing!
- Manifesting Ezekiel: The very next day after the Jesus synchronicity I was researching the name “Chezi” (or “Hezi”) in Hebrew, which turns out is a nickname for Yechezkel, which I didn’t know, and then I find out that Yechezkel is the Hebrew version of the name Ezekiel. I was really interested to find all this out, and I remembered that the Shaytards had a dog called Ezekiel and I was thinking about this name for a longer time than I would usually with other names because it was particularly interesting. Guess who messages me a couple hours later on the dating website? Yep, someone called Ezekiel! Again, never in all my years of my life have I ever met someone called Ezekiel but it happens the day after I focus on this name! AMAZING!!

A couple of days ago I had my very first acupuncture treatment experience, so I thought I’d tell you guys a little about it in case it’s helpful to anyone who is looking for information on what to expect before booking their own acupuncture appointment.

What happens in an acupuncture session?

In my experience this is how it went in the first meeting:

Patient form: Before starting, you often are asked to fill in a patient form.

Question session: You sit down and chat with the practitioner, describing why you’re there and answering their questions about your body and how it feels. Being Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is different to Western Medicine, some information is gathered that isn’t normally asked in a typical doctor’s appointment, like, whether you prefer cold drinks or hot drinks, or if you have cravings for sweet foods or salty foods. It’s all helpful for the TCM diagnosis though.

Tongue examination: The practitioner will ask you to stick out your tongue because the tongue helps show what’s going on in the body in TCM.

Pulse taking: This is an important part of TCM diagnosis. They take the pulse on both arms, feeling it usually with three fingers, each finger feeling for a different kind of pulse.

Feeling the meridian channels: I was told to take my shoes and socks off and roll up my trousers up to the knee and lie down on the treatment table. The pracitioner then felt the meridians in my feet and lower legs. Again, this is important information gathering for the practitioner to feel what’s going on because they can feel what the energy flow is like in the channels – eg if it’s flowing smoothly or if it’s a bit stagnant and full. This felt a bit like a massage to me and was rather pleasant! Although I did find it a little bit ticklish! The pracititoner also felt my tummy area briefly.

Acupuncture treatment: After assessing the best course of treatment with all the above-mentioned methods, the practitioner picks which points he’ll be wanting to treat. For my treatment, my points were on the feet and arms so I didn’t have to get undressed or anything. With you lying down on the treatment table, the practitioner inserts the acupuncture needles into the points. He then told me to relax and let the needles do their work, and in my case, he left the room for about 15-20 minutes during this time.

Does acupuncture hurt?

Before getting acupuncture I always wondered: “what does acupuncture feel like? Will it be painful?” Now having had my first ever session, I can share my experience with anyone who is curious.

I wouldn’t say it really hurts. You do feel it though. It feels like someone pressing a nail into your skin at first, and then the practitioner manipulates the needle a little to make sure it hits the right depth to get the right spot. When the needle hits the right spot it activates other feelings. Each point can generate slightly different sensations, ranging from a kind of ZING like an electric feeling, to a sudden dull ache (like when you hit your funny bone), to other kinds of feelings. I’d say the “worst” bit is definitely the bit when the needle hits the spot but after that, once it’s in, it doesn’t hurt any more.

During the treatment, every so often I felt a twinge of “electricity” shooting through my body but it wasn’t really painful so much as unusual. It felt like something was happening!

The thing that surprised me the most was that when the session was over and the pracitioner removed the needles, I didn’t feel that at all! I couldn’t even tell if he’d already done it.

Tips for your Acupuncture Treatment

Acupuncture clothing: Wear something loose fitting that’s easy to roll up and / or take off.

Come feeling good hunger and thirst-wise: Although it’s probably not advisable to eat a massive heavy feast just before treatment, I feel like it may be a good idea to feel comfortable hunger and thirst wise during treatment, just because it’d be good to feel as comfortable as possible and not have an embarrassing rumbly tummy or feel sick from being so full when you lie down. Also, if you’re like me and feel a bit anxious towards your first treatment session, the adrenaline eats up your sugar and can make you more prone to hypoglycaemia / light-headed / dizzy so making sure you ate enough helps prevent the extent of this.

How much does acupuncture cost?

From what I’ve seen, in the UK at least it can be anything from £50 an hour to £100 an hour, but of course it could extend beyond this range in either direction too. It depends on the practitioner, where they practice (eg a practitioner in London may charge more than a practitioner in a less expensive town), their expenses (eg clinic room rental costs / commute), their level of expertese and, well, how much they feel like charging really!

How I felt after Acupuncture

I felt good after the acupuncture. Emotionally I felt more chilled out, and without going into too much detail, physically I saw some evidence that it got things in my body “moving” ::ahem:: (which is good since part of my treatment was for Stagnation).

Does Acupuncture work?

Having just had my first treatment, it’s too early for me to tell you about effectiveness but I can tell you that I was very impressed by the practitioner’s reading of my body. For example, just by feeling my meridian channels in my feet he could tell that it was the time of the month for me! And I really resonate with the whole TCM diagnosis thing and how strongly it relates to emotions, so yeah! I’m very optimistic about acupuncture being helpful for me! I shall keep you posted on how it goes over the coming weeks.

Update after a course of 7 treatments:
The issue that I went to acupuncture for was one that I’d had for many years (over 10 years), so my practitioner told me that it may take a longer course of acupuncture to see results. Normally he said that most minor issues only take about 4 treatments to sort out though. I was hopeful it would take around 4 treatments. After the first treatment, I already felt a significant shift. However over the following 6 sessions, the main issue I came for appeared to be a little stubborn and didn’t change very much, although in the meantime all sorts of other minor issues in my body became more balanced (eg. things like my hypoglycaemia sorted itself out) and the acupuncture did seem to be “doing things” in my body because I did feel some minor side effects of the treatment (when the liver was treated, I experienced an uncharacteristicly extreme anger outburst in response to a slight provocation; when the lung was treated I felt uplifted; and when the yang meridian channels on my legs were treated I got a rash on the skin surface along the corresponding channels). After 7 weeks of treatment (6 of which I felt didn’t have a noticeable effect to the core problem I was there for) I felt it was a bit expensive to keep coming every week without knowing how many sessions I’d need to see a positive shift. So I’m currently taking a break from acupuncture and seeing how I go with an alternate method of treatment (essential oils).

1.) Set aside time for working on feeling good – CHECK
I made time to do some of the exercises today.

2.) Meditate for 15 minutes every day – NO

3.) Spend some time outside every day – NO

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
A couple days ago I did a rampage of appreciation for love, but I didn’t do the whole spiritual practice list so I didn’t write it into a dairy day of its own. Today I did a rampage of appreciation for finding the perfect gift, to help align with finding a birthday present for my mum!

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
I came up with a new acknowledgement of Source today to mix things up a bit. Here it is:
“I acknowledge that I have a connection to all-knowing, all-loving, Source. I acknowledge that I can tune in to feel Source’s knowing, love and its guidance as it guides me towards Joy, Expansion and Freedom, and in the direction of the best-feeling path in life. I came to Earth to have FUN, and every day Source is guiding me to experience more and more fun. Source is always there to inspire me, guide me, support me, love me, show me, clarify for me, uplift me, be there for me, encourage me, excite me and help me. And I only have to relax, ALLOW and tune into the good vibrations of Source to reap the benefits it has to offer.”

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read it. It’s been a while since I read it and I noticed a few things on the future pacing letter have already been manifesting which is cool! I’ve added them to the Manifestations page.

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read it.

- – -

Extra notes:
Gratitude

Things I’m grateful for today:

- Awareness: Today, I was listening to my Dad reluctantly agree to try using essential oils to heal his elbow pain rather than go to the doctor when I suddenly had a zing of awareness and realized: “He’s not lined up with taking oils if he’s so reluctant to agree to try them.” This awareness led me to suggest that he mentally line up with the oils by remembering concrete examples of every time essential oils have been helpful to him in the past. Recall the details of how he felt better right after using them. Recall also the times when he’s seen others around him use the oils and feel better noticably, visibly to him. By recalling such things he’ll help line up with the oils’ ability to heal his elbow too. I felt such appreciation for the awareness that allowed me to recognise this! A little after this, I came across this humorous quote that felt a little like this moment of awareness: “Women know. They just know. Even if they didn’t know, they would know. Men might not get this, but women will, because they know.” hehe

- Realizations: I had a realisation today: Ok, some context before I get to the point: I often get upset when I feel that my dad is in a rush to do something whenever I see him; and that he doesn’t pause in his path and continues walking full speed, even if I try to say hi.. his return brief “Hi….” – usually fades as he disappears round the corner to do something else. Today I realised that maybe this is because I’m giving out that vibration myself of being rushed and not wanting to stop to talk to him; and then he’s reflecting that back to me. If I’m honest with myself, there definitely is a part of me that feels like that. I guess the reason it feels bad when I observe him doing it is because not-giving-each-other-quality-time is not in line with what my true self really wants. It would be nice if we felt like we were comfortable around each other and had a fun / interesting stuff to tell one another, and share it easily, with fun, love, joy and comfort. Anyway, it was just a realisation that felt like an aha moment. : ) And a couple hours after this aha moment, my dad very uncharacteristically came to my room to tell me something (that apparently my aunt wants to set me up with a guy she knows), looked lovingly at me and gave me a kiss… I wonder if this is connected to my realisation!

- Ima’s Fish Pie – mmmmmm!

- Ear-on-his-chest hugs

- Great lyrics in songs. Today’s favorite is from the song “Go the Distance” from the Disney movie Hercules. I really liked this motivational bit:

I’ll be there someday, I can go the distance
I will find my way, if I can be strong
I know every mile, will be worth my while
When I go the distance, I’ll be right where I belong

- Having a Dad who looks out for my best interest and helps me out SO MUCH with finding the best way to manage and handle what to do with my income in the most sensible way.

- How time is a healer of all things – and enabled me to feel ok (even happy for him) about it when I find out that an old love has moved on to a new chapter of life and had a baby.

- I’m grateful I don’t have the lifetime responsibility and commitment of a husband and a baby myself right now!! To put it more positively, I appreciate so much my freedom!

- I appreciate having the time and willpower to have so far done 9 diary days on here!

Manifestations:

Last night before going to sleep, I listened to an Abraham recording about dreams and how they are useful indicators for what your “feeling place” is – what your point of attraction currently is. Normally I don’t remember my dreams so when they came up with a suggestion for a process to remember your dreams I thought I’d have a go. They suggested saying to yourself this statement before going to sleep:

“I believe I will dream tonight. If there is anything significant, I intend to remember it when I awaken.”

So I wrote this down on a post-it and put it near my bed, and went to sleep. And guess what? First thing when I woke up, I remembered my dream! Manifestation accomplished!

The dream revealed that my current vibrational set-point is one of old, stuffy things closing down and new things opening. In my dream, it was a local old-fashioned, small, stuffy library closing down and being opened in a new shiny white building nearby. That sounds about right! I’ve been wanting to try new things – new job-things – new more varied and fresh places to expand. It’s encouraging to know that my dream seems to indicate that I’m on the path towards manifesting that shiny new “library”.

- – -

Gratitude

Things I’m grateful for today:

- Having tried and tested, easy-to-follow, delicious recipes at my fingertips that I can cook (today: creamed curry vegetables)

- Beautiful songs

- Having all the quiet time to myself that I want : )

- Having “me too!” / “there are others like me!” moments, which are especially thrilling when they come from really unexpected places! (eg Today when the usually high-energy Shay Carl from the Shaytards youtube channel, mentioned he’s been enjoying the peaceful energy of the audiobook, “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle).

So I had a little break from doing the exercises every day because, after reuniting with a distant family member who asked me about my art and about how the art business works, I felt inspired to make some new stuff and was pretty much in a state of determination to finish that batch of new designs. Getting back to the Abraham processes today though

1.) Set aside time for working on feeling good – CHECK
I made time to do the exercises today.

2.) Meditate for 15 minutes every day
Not yet, but I intend to do some tonight before I go to bed.

3.) Spend some time outside every day – NO

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
After finishing my batch of designs and having a feeling of: “Ok, that’s done and now I want to do something else… but what?! Now what?” I did a Rampage of Appreciation for wanting and having desires, and updated and added a little to an older rampage on knowing what you want to do in life.

I really enjoyed writing the Appreciation for Wanting. It felt like I got into the feeling place of it when seeking out the best way to describe how it feels to me, with the eagerness of it and everything.

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
Read back my written acknowledgement.

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read back the letter I wrote to Abraham and adjusted a few things here and there.

- – -

Extra notes:

Things I’m grateful for today:

- My artistic eye in making designs that I think look pretty neat.

- Having places that sell my pretty neat designs, and making money from them!

- The Gilmore Girls show! (I rediscovered it and am enjoying it! I’d forgotten how a cute Dean-Rory or Lorelei-Luke romance on TV can get the butterflies in my stomach fluttering pleasantly.)

- Having a Mum who is willing to help me make chocolate chip oat cookies, even when I say I can do it myself. It’s always more fun doing it together : )

- My warm, soft purple sheeple fleece which keeps me cosy and warm whenever its needed.

- Having a fridge of made food so we could have a day off essential cooking.

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
Did a Rampage of Appreciation for feeling comfortable, and also one on Appreciation for Family.

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
Read back my written acknowledgement.

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read-back the letter I wrote to Abraham.

- – -

Extra notes:

Things I’m grateful for today:

- Finding cute art when I was looking for pictures to illustrate my appreciation rampages of today. I discovered 2 awesome artists I hadn’t known before who do really beautiful artwork. I wrote about their work here –> Mother and Child art, and here –> Dog Art Paintings. It’s fun finding new talent and beautiful things to appreciate I also find it fun to promote others by writing about them; acknowledging their talents and spreading the word. Feels good to let them and the world know I appreciate them!

- Nice family time – we sat together to have dinner tonight which was nice!

- I’m grateful for the ongoing abundant sales and passive income that come in from my businesses even while I’m doing all sorts of other things

- Fun youtube videos like the Sunday Hannah Maggs vlog

- Finally saw “The Artist” – I was so excited the TV premiere of the Artist was on TV today! I’ve been curious to see it since it came out and now I have finally satisfied that curiosity!

- Delicious food (esp dinner of udon noodle chinese style – yummy!)

- Baked some healthy-ish oat chocolate chip squares with my Mom which was nice – and they came out good which I appreciated too

- I’m grateful to have my Mum to chat to and consult with about Abraham techniques and teachings. Had an interesting discussion today about whether it’s useful to do the same rampage of appreciation repeatedly or whether it’s enough just to read it back rather than coming up with it from scratch (the answer we arrived at was: it depends on what works for you!). For some reason, before today I had this funny idea that you’re only meant to do a rampage on a topic once and then you’re meant to move onto other things to appreciate! I like the variety of different topics so it doesn’t get boring, but I guess sometimes it’s important to focus on just one thing that you really, really want to manifest. I mean, it’s good to feel good in general eg if you’re focusing on a pretty sunset or something, it lines up your vibration with a higher vibrational place so you attract good things in all areas of your life – but somehow it feels to me like focusing specifically may be a faster way to manifest specifically.

It was nice and sunny out with a fresh breeze and the blue skies were calling me out to play! Went out at golden hour when the sun was making the new shiny leaves glisten like diamonds, and making the flower-clad trees and plants glow. And the breeze carried a whiff of spring flowers with it every so often. Lovely!

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
This morning did a Rampage of Appreciation for Health and this afternoon I did a second rampage in appreciation of always having something to say.

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
Read back my written acknowledgement.

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read-back the letter I wrote to Abraham.

Remember that beautiful watch I mentioned I saw that made me want to write the Rampage of Appreciation for Shopping? Today the guy that sells these cool watches mentioned on his facebook page that he was doing a weekend sale, so I contacted him and he was really generous to offer me a special discount deal, so I took him up on it! One of the things in my future-pacing letter was how I love attracting good deals and bargains on things and this definitely counts as one!

1.) Set aside time for working on feeling good – CHECK
I made time to do the exercises today.

2.) Meditate for 15 minutes every day – CHECK
Before bed did a full-body-Reiki treatment / no-thought meditation.

3.) Spend some time outside every day – NOPE
I know Abraham said to spend time outside no matter what the weather is, but when it’s grey and rainy… I dunno, Tommy! (if you get that reference, high five!)

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
This morning did a short Rampage of Appreciation for Shopping, inspired by a beautiful watch I saw online last night.

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
Read back my written acknowledgement.

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read-back the letter I wrote to Abraham and added bits to it here and there.

- – -

Extra notes:
Today I’ve generally been feeling pretty upbeat and have had stuff to do all day; always knowing what I want to do next. I love that feeling of flow
