(Note: I skipped 1 day coz I wasn’t feeling well and really really felt like just being lazy and doing none of the deliberate effort of doing the processes! Onwards ho with the third day of doing these process anyway!)
1.) Set aside time for working on feeling good – CHECK
I made time to do the exercises today.
2.) Meditate for 15 minutes every day – CHECK
Before bed did a chakra balancing meditation.
Also whilst in the shower I did a lot of no-thought-only-feel-good-Disney-music-singing-in-my-head which I think kinda counts as feel-good meditation! Today was The Little Mermaid’s day! I made a tiny adjustment to the lyrics of “Part of Your World” to make it more positive!

3.) Spend some time outside every day – NOPE
Womanly issues meant that I generally felt like curling up into a ball today rather than going for a walk.
4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
This morning I took about 30 minutes to do a Rampage of Appreciation for People
I had quite a cool manifestation related to appreciating people a few hours after doing the rampage! My dad works in the office down the hall from me, and usually he’s very focused on working so I don’t really see him during the work day. But today, after doing my appreciation for how people can be fun to hang out with, and fun to laugh with, he very uncharacteristically came out of his office, into my room and started being very uncharacteristically silly and funny! I was absolutely amazed!
Throughout the whole day in fact people where exceptionally wonderful today. I got a short and sweet, good-vibe email from an aunt who has never written to me before, and my household were particularly thoughtful and helpful and understanding to me, helping me out with my chores today when I was feeling quite under the weather due to the time of the month.
5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
I took the time to read back the personalized acknowledgement of Source I’d written. I feel like.. wouldn’t it be nice to be able to really FEEL the statement with all my heart… Maybe the more I do it the more I’ll feel it
6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Read-back the letter I wrote to Abraham and tweaked it to make it even more positive and awesome

My mum told me she’s already noticed a positive shift in my energy. That makes sense since I’m deliberately *trying* to be more positive and can feel myself deliberately perking up my energy. It makes me understand Abraham more when they say that doing “the work” really is very deliberate work!
