Diary Day 2: Abraham Hicks Daily Spiritual Practice

1.) Set aside time for working on feeling good – CHECK
I made time to do the exercises today.

2.) Meditate for 15 minutes every day – CHECK
Before bed did a breathing meditation.

3.) Spend some time outside every day – CHECK
This afternoon I went out to the garden for a few minutes to appreciate the new vegetable garden we have growing there with cute baby tomato plants, strawberries and herbs. I also found a great website for walks in London* (http://trainwalkslondon.wordpress.com) which may be useful for future “outside time” (pinned the most beautiful walk ideas to my Places board on pinterest). As I looked through the beautiful photos on the site, I almost felt like I was outside appreciating nature!

*EDIT: Just realized that I found a great website for the most beautiful places in London only a few hours after doing a rampage of appreciation for the things I like best about London! Hello Law of Attraction! :D How funny that I only noticed the connection now when writing this diary entry!

4.) Daily Positive Aspects / Rampages of Appreciation – CHECK
This morning I took about 30 minutes to do a Rampage of Appreciation for London
Doing the rampage of appreciation I noticed that immediately after doing it, I felt a certain pleasant, subtle lightness in my body.

5.) Take a moment to Acknowledge Source every day – CHECK
I felt like I wanted to personalize the Acknowledgement of Source to something that felt better specifically to me so I came up with one that mentions my “Higher Self”, which is something I feel a resonance with.

This is my personalized version of how I acknowledged Source today:
“I acknowledge that I have a wise, all-knowing, loving Higher Self that is directly connected to Source at all times. This part of me is always looking out for me, wanting the best for me. This part of me wants to feel joy, expansion and freedom in all life’s experiences. This part of me always there; appreciating me, loving me, supporting me, rooting for me, assisting me, inspiring me, guiding me, having fun together with me, helping me, showing me, uplifting me, and is always there for me, encouraging me towards the best-feeling path.”

(For the original version spoken by Abraham, see here.)

6.) Future pacing – CHECK
Today I wrote my future-pacing letter to Abraham. It was fun to write and I could feel subtle positive shifts in my energy as I wrote it. The more I wrote the better I felt! It was subtle though and really took an effort of “listening in” to my body / emotions to notice it.

I won’t post the letter up here but I intend to read it back at least once a day to help align with good-feelings.
